How the FVO System Works
Just like suspensions, there are different theories as to how a subtank works. The FVO System adds a rider adjustable, speed sensitive control to the air spring characteristic of the fork, by adding an extra air volume chamber to each one of the forks separated by a speed sensitive restrictive barrier. The extra air volume will give you the action of a lower fork oil height thru the slow speed movement (Whoops, Chop, Ruts and holes) of the fork. During a high speed movement (Large steep jump faces, Hard landings, G-outs and Flat landings) the restrictive barrier resists the higher volume and speed of the air passing from the fork to the tanks. The restrictive barrier we use, is a variable orifice valve with a rebound by-pass circuit built in (It is not a check valve). The valve only controls the air entering the tank, not allowing for the valve to affect the rebound stroke or buffer as so other systems do.

Standard system fits all 125cc-500cc Japanese motorcycles.
Fitments available for all other late model motocycles including KTM's and 65cc-85cc motorcycles
